Sellers details and address
You conclude a buying-selling agreement with Birzai joint – stock company „Siulas“ online shop „Linen Shop“.

Ordering
Having selected the desired product, You just need to push the button „add to cart“ and the product will be added to Your cart. Any time by pushing the button „cart“ You will be able to check what products have already been selected and added to Your cart. By pushing the button „remove“, at any moment You will be able to remove the selected products from the cart. In case You decide to buy the products existing in the cart, then please, push the button „ further : shipping“. After that You will be asked to give Your personal data and choose the payment method as well as confirm that You are familiar with the Customer Information. You are free to cancel the ordering process at any time or by pushing the button „Further : Ordering“ , finish the order.
Concluding the agreement
By pushing the button „confirm the order“, You are confirming the order of the products existing in Your cart. After the order confirmation, You will receive back a confirmation that the order is received and accepted.
The buying agreement will come into force when we receive a payment for Your selected goods.

The goods ordered within the teritory of Lithuania will be delivered free of charge !

Delivery time/schedule
The ordered goods will be sent within 1-2 work days after Your payment is received for the ordered goods. In case Your selected product is not available at th emoment or we have not enough quantity, we will produce and deliver Your selected item to You in 5 work days after the receipt of the order and Your payment.
Each time we are seeking to reach better and better the delivery time and hope that within soon will be able to deliver the goods in shorter terms.
Right of withdrawal/cancelation
You may cancel Your order in writing explaining the reasons ( by fax or by indicated e-mail) within 14 days. The term is started to calculate from the day the goods are received till Your writing cancelation form is received. In order this cancelation would be valid, it is enough to inform us on time about the cancelation in writing and the reasons why You would like to change the item or to refuse it at all.
According to the regulations of Lithuanian republic National state consumer rights protection authority and State non food products inspectorate the Fabrics are included into the non- returnable products list.
Cancelation consequences
The paid amount for the returned goods is returned in 30 days from the order cancelation shipment date. You have to cover the returning charges if the supplied goods correspond to the ordered details ( if You received the goods exactly as You ordered).
